This Order Cancellation & Change Policy explains how requests to cancel or modify orders are handled at Baileyspi (“we”, “our”, or “us”). Our goal is to maintain a smooth fulfillment process while allowing flexibility where possible for customers purchasing baby clothing products.

1. Order Processing Timeline

Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely shipment:

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days
  • Processing days: Monday – Friday
  • Cutoff time: 5:00 PM EST

Orders placed after the cutoff time or on non-processing days will be handled on the next business day.

2. Cancellation Requests

You may request to cancel your order only if it has not yet entered the processing or fulfillment stage.

  • Cancellations must be requested as soon as possible
  • Once processing begins, cancellation may no longer be possible
  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been prepared or shipped.

3. Order Modification (Changes)

We may be able to assist with order changes before processing begins. Possible modifications include:

  • correcting shipping address details
  • updating contact information
  • adjusting product size or color (subject to availability)

Once an order is in processing, changes may no longer be possible due to automated fulfillment procedures.

4. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

  • incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or failed delivery
  • orders returned due to address errors may require additional shipping fees for reshipment

Please contact us immediately if you notice any error in your order details.

5. Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped:

  • it cannot be canceled
  • modifications are no longer possible
  • any concerns must be handled through our Return & Refund Policy

6. Refused or Undeliverable Orders

If a package is refused or cannot be delivered due to incorrect information:

  • it may be returned to the carrier or fulfillment facility
  • additional handling or reshipping fees may apply
  • resolution will be handled on a case-by-case basis

7. Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
  • posting times are not controlled by Baileyspi
